No hot water for the first 3 days, we have to boil our own water to shower . When we try to contact no one answer for a while. Very confusing instructions to how to get in the house

Never stay here.

We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back to nothing because there was zero internet. Did a small load of laundry and the water from the washing machine backed up filthy into the bathroom sink. It snowed and froze the sidewalk. No salt or shoveling happened. We slipped and fell twice. Found out the property contact was in New York. If it wasn’t the cold, I bet in the summer there are a ton of bugs. Under the kitchen sink, there is a bunch of sprays and traps. We left a gown in the closet and haven’t heard back how we can get that back.
No salt for the sidewalk and no maintenance to help.
