We traveled with a three year old, and booked a superior room for some space and comfort. The room was the size of a small ordinary room with a tiny bathroom. Also, the breakfast was tasteless served in an extremely hot space. Highly overpriced place with backpacker standard. The location is sentral, close to the ferry and the “newer” center with many restaurants, but noisy and not any island charm.

we loved the location of de pousada but a part from that it was really bad - a lot of mold in the room and we stayed several days - not once the rooms were cleaned, breakfast was not as described (way less and way more basic, fruits were missing no juices etc.). after day 6 we asked if they could fill up the toilet paper and they just handed my friend a box to fill it up since they don't do it. very disappointed about the place a part from the great location.

O café da manhã era bem razoável, pães estavam duros... a pousada é muito linda, mas o que mais me impressionou foi o banheiro, era um terror, a porta estava quebrada, extremamente suja, o banheiro estava imundo, chuveiro não funcionava a opção mais quente, serio, o banheiro do quarto é um terror, não consigo entender como os proprietários não se incomodam em ao menos passar uma tinta... fui no feriado, paguei R$800,00 a diária, preço de um hotel de rede como o Hilton, acho que deve ter, no mínimo um cuidado ao receber os hóspedes...

Boa, pelo valor foi bom sim. Café da manhã medio para bom. Problemas, ar condicionado do nosso quarto não estava funcionando, quarto dos meus pais a geladeira estava vertendo água, nao reclamamos. Mas no dia de ir embora alagou o quarto do meus pais. Enfim, eu comparo a outros hotéis que ficamos nessa média de valor e avaliação, nesse aí não tem limpeza nos quartos quando saímos. Exemplo, troca de toalhas shampoos e sabonetes. Mas no geral é aceitável. Para um final de semana, e acho que o ponto alto é a localização, muito bem localizado

A hospedagem foi razoável, mas há alguns pontos que precisam de atenção. O banheiro necessita de melhorias, especialmente em relação à manutenção e limpeza. Decepção no quarto 19, o mais caro da pousada

Comprei o quarto mais caro da pousada, para surpresa o quarto 19 era muito antigo e cheirando mofo, atacou a minha alergia e não conseguimos eu e a minha esposa ficar nem 5 minutos. Por sorte a gente tinha mais 2 estadias no quarto standart e o atendente foi muito gente fina e nos locou no quarto numero 11. Como que um quarto mais barato é mil vezes melhor que o mais caro. O quarto mais caro precisa urgente de uma reforma, pintura, ar condicionado velho, cortina velha.

Minha estadia foi boa, qdo chegarmos o quarto de casal tinha uma beliche, alem da cama de casal, nao gosto! Pedi pra mudar e prontamente fui atendida! Sobre o cafe da manha, poderiam melhorar! Em 1 hora, ja nao tinha pao frances para reposicao, e a pessoa q repoe os itens estava bem mal humorada. A porta do banheiro no quarto nao fechava. A localização é otima!

A pousada é bem localizada, e a cama é confortável. O quarto é bastante espaçoso, porém o banheiro é pequeno, especialmente a área do chuveiro. Fui tomar café da manhã às 9h29 (o serviço encerrava às 10h), mas notei a falta de alguns itens no bufê, sem reposição. Além disso, percebi que as colaboradoras estavam mais focadas em limpar as mesas e organizar os talheres do que em manter o café abastecido.

A pousada esta sem manutenção e os funcionários sem paciência com os hospedes. Os quartos c roupa de cama amarelada parecendo sujas, piscina não funcionava a hidro . Chuveiro entupido saindo pouca água. Falta cuidado e manutenção.
