My two friends and I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean and quiet, and in a nice location nearby several bus stops. I had some of the best sleep I've ever had while away from home during the two nights we stayed! The list of rules may be overwhelming to some, but I honestly loved it because I like having the fine details of my stays ironed out as much as possible, so having a list to refer to was a relief for me.
All around a great stay, highly recommend and would love to stay again next time I'm in the area :]

Had an excellent weekend, property was a quick walk from the train station which brings you right into Boston or a quick 10 minute drive into downtown. Gracious host, made sure all of our needs were met. Would recommend!

After making a booking mistake that couldn’t be fixed through Hotels.com, the owner was super helpful and polite to me, and helped me resolve the issue. He went really above and beyond for us.
The shared kitchen is nice, with a stove, oven, fridge, toaster, blender, and microwave! He also provides cereal and PB&J materials for free, which was a nice touch.
It was all super clean, and excellent for the price.
Thank you for making our stay in Boston so much more affordable!!

Each room or resident needs a hand towel instead of 7 people sharing one, with one bathroom! I was told we could arrive at 9:30 am and then the owner argued that I was told 10 am. (I wrote it down) He also said he lives in this building. Obviously not by the guests downstairs.
