A really comfortable hotel, well maintained and very clean. The decor is very trendy and has much more personality than many of the sterile, cookie cutter hotels you might stay in. The half board option was good, but be prepared to pay some significant supplements for some menu items.

The staff is amazing! A special thank you for the staff in the restaurant at the ground floor. Very customer oriented, friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is great with a refreshing design.
The only disadvantage was the desk in the room: it’s too small to work at.

I stayed in the property for 10 days, the first 5 days you couldn’t use the bar swimming pool. Ironically those were the days of my vacation before work. No mention of construction or repairs before booking. That wasn’t cool

Mediocre service. One of the bartenders was doing shots with a bunch of girls and when I asked him to re-do my margarita as it did not have a salt rim - he gave me a bad attitude for 3 days. Very loud pool parties with awful music, filled to the brim with guests that differ from hotel guests. Have to flag down people for 30 minutes + to get a bill. Not a 5 star despite nice interior

The first room I was in had black mould in the room. I was moved rooms and the same problem was in the next room. They offered another room move and I told them unless the bathroom layout is different there’s no point as it’s clearly a design fault. I was moved to a different room type and there wasn’t any mould. It’s just a shame this was right at the end of my stay. Had I had a mould free room from the beginning it would have been a great stay. The hotel and facilities were great.

Very terrible experience.
1. Requested the tourist tax receipt i paid at the property, they say i can get during checkout. During checkout i ask for it the front desk said they will send to me email. I asked again at the same night, he said he forgot and will send. After few days of waiting and communicating on phone still not able to give the receipt with minimal response. Very poor customer service!
As i am writing this, i am still waiting for the receipt for business claims.
2. Random calls when i was in the room alone from reception saying i was too loud and disturbing other guests, when i told them it was a mistake, no apologies at all, and just shut off the phone.
My second time here for business stay, definitely will not recommend my company people to stay here, as our office is just located next door.

Equipe extremamente atenciosa, café da manhã muito farto, quarto com boa cama, bom chuveiro e boas instalações no geral. Internet bem rápida (cada quarto tem seu próprio roteador atrás da TV). As piscinas são excelentes e o atendimento no local é de primeira linha.
A única ressalva é que o quarto é MUITO escuro, e isso é péssimo para quem tem problemas de visão. Várias vezes liguei a TV em uma página branca apenas para tentar iluminar mais o quarto, e o uso das lanternas do celular foram utilizadas com frequência. Entendo a proposta de uma penumbra aconchegante, mas existem soluções mais adequadas para atender todos os públicos de forma satisfatória.

Hotel molto bello, moderno, originale. Colazione buona ma con poche alternative di cose dolci si potrebbe migliorare. camere molto spaziose, noi avevamo una suite con due bagni e due ambienti comunicanti, davvero bellissima. avendo il volo al mattino presto abbiamo fatto il ceck out alle 5.00 ma pur avendo colazione inclusa e pagata non ci hanno offerto niente perché il ristorante era chiuso, da un hotel e di questa portata ci aspettavamo almeno una piccola colazione.
Inoltre su 4 gg di soggiorno, per ben due giorni non abbiamo avuto accesso all'area piscina perché chiusa per per eventi privati. Avendo pagato tale Servizio non trovo corretto non poterne usufruire, mi spettano almeno un omaggio da parte dell'hotel per il disagio invece niente.
