I had a wonderful experience at this location. Everything was in order and the staff went beyond the norm to help me navigate through Mazatlan and its many activities. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained. The breakfasts included were delicious and there was a good verity of options.

I had a great time during my extended stay. The staff were fantastic whenever I needed something or even just to greet me and check if I needed anything. The hotel is right across from the Malecon which is awesome to walk or jog in the mornings and evenings . There's a nice Starbucks within a 4 min walk and other restaurants. The Free breakfast was great too. So refreshing to have breakfast facing the ocean.. they have a little kiosk downstairs where you can buy soft drinks and snacks..it was very convenient. The Free coffee and tea in the lobby area was a bonus. Overall, I had an excellent experience and they even called me a taxi to the airport. Felt super safe and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back...

It was a real pleasure to be at this Holiday Inn Express, personal when far and beyond when was needed.
Special thanks to Rodolfo, Eduardo, Alexa and Jazmin at the reception, also Ramon was always ready to help when needed.
Thank you to Mario, Ibrahim and Abelardo at the restaurant.
Little advice, in general you have to improve the breakfast menu and the coordination between Restaurant, swimming pool and the hotel to avoid misunderstanding.
In a good note I will be happy to come back with my wife in December and I hope she would have as good impression as me and that we would enjoy our Christmas time in Beautiful Mazatlán.

The staff tried to charge us for our service dog despite the website and Holiday Inn’s worldwide policy that they don’t charge for service dogs. It was very stressful. They finally acquiesced but still required us to leave a damages deposit (which we agreed to obviously). Other than that it’s a clean, modern hotel. The noise from the street is crazy. Allll night long. For that reason alone I wouldn’t recommend. Unless you’re into that party scene of course. We left too early in the morning to try the breakfast. Generally speaking the staff was very night. Unfortunate the manager on hand didn’t speak English and ended up calling the GM of the hotel.
