En mi reserva solicité un tipo habitación y si fue la que solicité solo que me asignaron una en segundo piso y fue difícil para mí acompañante subir a la habitación por qué está incapacitada. Y no se pudo obtener una mejor habitación ante la necesidad de mi mamá
