Nous avons apprécié la chambre, sa propreté et ses nombreux atouts (nombreux savons et shampoings, enceintes connectés, table avec fruits frais). Nous avons particulièrement aimé le spa et le petit déjeuner avec dans les deux cas un personnel irréprochable et attentif. Cependant le reste du personnel n'était pas au niveau pour un 5* surtout pour le prix que l'on paye (manque de sourire et d'engouement, professionnels mais nous avons eu l'impression qu'ils n'étaient pas heureux de travailler). Le manque de fer à repasser et planche à repasser sont aussi des points à améliorer. Nous sommes venus pour fêter nos fiançailles et nous n'avons pas trouvé cette expérience à la hauteur de cette occasion, d'autant plus que l'hôtel s'appelle "la romantica". La chambre vue sur le lac était en réalité cachée par une partie surélevée sur le balcon qui gacahit une partie de la vue (même si la vue sur le lac reste très beau).

Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht mehr! Wintermodus?! Es waren allerdings noch sommerliche Temperaturen!
Somit musste mit offenem Fenster geschlafen werden, was aufgrund der Autobahn nicht so angenehm ist!

Tout était parfait. La vue sur le lac était fantastique mais le reste de l’hôtel l’est tout autant. Un personnel au petit soin, des prestations haut de gamme ont fait de ce week-end un moment d’exception .

Das Hotel ist neu seit paar Monaten. Spa ist noch nicht fertig also wurden wir gefahren zur Diamond in Morcote.Essen war sehr gut, Dezert mit Yuzu ausgezeichnet👌.
Einzige wo ich ins Hotel kam, hatte ich Rezervation für den Spa ebenso für das Dinner , jedoch musste sie nochmal alles überprüffen, obwohl ich es mit der Rezeption alles via e mail organisiert habe.
Dieses Info musste sie schon bei der Ankunft ready haben, befor Kunde ankommt. Finde ich.
Sache von Organisation.
Zimmer bischen klein aber top.
Lage am See , sehr schön am Abend Dinner 👌 .
Kann man ebenso am See spazieren.
Pool hat es trausen 👍.
