Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht aufgrund der Größe des Apartments. Diese entspricht der Angabe. Allerdings war unser Schlafzimmer im Keller ohne Fenster, was aus der Beschreibung nicht hervorging. Der restliche Beschreibung war zutreffend. Das Zimmer sieht auf den Bildern sehr hell aus, was es aber nicht war. Die Toilette war im oberen Stockwerk, sodass man immer eine kleine steile Treppe laufen musste. Es gibt keinen Ganzkörperspiegel! Bei Ankunft waren Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Wir haben es direkt gemeldet und ein paar Stunden frische erhalten, die allerdings auch schmutzig waren. Auf erneute Nachfrage haben wir noch um 22:30 Uhr frische erhalten. Die Kommunikation war also sehr gut und die Reaktion schnell. Das Apartment ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Insgesamt waren wir 7 Nächte dort und dann aber auch froh auszuchecken. Man kann es buchen, aber nochmal würde ich es nicht nehmen. Die Lage ist ok. Es ist einem kleinen Wohnviertel. Zum Bahnhof Shinjuku sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Zur nächsten Metro 10 min. 7eleven und FamilieMart um die Ecke.

Accès compliqué, odeur pestilentielle dans les parties communes, chambre en sous sol sans fenêtre, lit inconfortable et pas d’eau chaude. Les ingrédients d’une nuit ratée. J’ai annulé deux nuits mais la première m’a été facturée le double du prix affiché. Lamentable. Une chambre à fuir
