The host that checked us in was dishonest, not giving us the room that we booked, probably because it had already been lent out. Instead of just telling us that, he instead presented me with a choice between the room we booked and what sounded like a slight upgrade. I agreed to take the "upgrade" only to find that it was in the "pet friendly" Bellagio building and I am extremely allergic to all animals. When I went back to the host, he blamed me for having made the choice, then said that room had "never in its history, ever had an animal inside". Then he let me see the alternative, a tiny room with a bed that my less than 6-ft-tall husband's feet hung off of. That was NOT the "Deluxe Double" that we had booked, but the "Executive"; but he swore it was. So, I went with the "pet friendly" room that he swore had never had a pet inside. WRONG CHOICE: All night, my eyes were swollen and my sinuses clogged. What really pissed me off was his sneaky dishonesty. I didn't want to believe he was lying to my face, but it turns out that is what he did.
Upon returning home, I checked my booking, and I confirmed that not only did he lie to me, but they really have misleading photos and completely wrong photos online. (Under Deluxe Double, you see what looks like a King Size bed, actually two twins pushed together)
The hostess who brought us drinks and who we saw the next morning was super nice, the only reason why I didn't give them the lowest rating possible.
