Very polite, helpful, and welcoming staff. This is a very nice and luxurious hotel in which we very much enjoyed our stay. It looks brand new, the rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. As the hotel was quiet, we were upgraded to an even bigger room with a sofa and desk overlooking the river. The swimming pool area is lovely, big pool also overlooking the river, super clean pool with lots of loungers and a bar. We ended up having dinner on the top floor where there is a very nice roof...

We arrived pretty jaded after our overnight train journey from Bangkok. On entering the hotel reception, we immediately felt relaxed. Check in staff were excellent as were all of the staff at the hotel. The whole ambiance of the hotel was serene and calming. Furnishings throughout are traditional and in pristine condition. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good choice of Lao and European dishes. There are lots of restaurants within a very short walk of the hotel. We would certainly recommend...

Lovely clean room, decent gym and poor area. Has a very convenient cafe downstairs with good food also were breakfast is served in the morning. Pretty wide selection at breakfast. The location isn’t the closest to the centre, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main part of Vientiane which isn’t bad but the heat makes it feel longer.
