Park House Hotel
"Everything been clean. Nice breakfest. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Every evening have evening events that is so nice."
Waterfront Southport Hotel
"The hotel is ideally situated next to the lake. Everything is in walking distance. It wasn't a great start as the road to the hotel car park was closed and the hotel hadn't notified me that the car park will be closed. Instead they had sent me with instructions about parking at their car park. Although when I rang the hotel, they were very helpful and told me where to park instead. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. There was excellent customer service. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It had everything we would need. Inside the hotel was beautiful and there was a lovely terrace. The bar and restaurant was great. Breakfast was a buffet and good enough but nothing special and could have done with more choice for continental."
Ropewalks Hotel
"Very nice room, friendly staff and quiet room, would benefit from AC, but no complaints."
Grand Hotel Blackpool
"The room was such good value for money. The staff were so amazing, friendly and helpful! I was staying with my young child and we had a couple of issues with noisy neighbours etc but the staff were so kind and patient and swapped rooms for us. The pool was lovely! Very nice and relaxing, again the staff there were so kind and friendly. The rooms were huge and very clean. Lots of plug sockets and a big fan which was very useful. 10/10"
Savoy Blackpool Hotel
"Good breakfast and nice room"
The Imperial Hotel
"We enjoyed our stay but feel the whole place needs a make-over. Car parking very expensive at £56 for 4 nights!"
Village Hotel Blackpool
"Brilliant staff from the moment I checked in. Extremely well equipped club room. Excellent food. And pool facilities are top notch."
The Resident Liverpool
"Very kind, helpful staff. They helped us understand the city and informed us about amenities the hotel offers, such as showing my room key at certain restaurants for a discount. We also left very early morning, and they were very helpful in booking us a taxi to pick us up outside the hotel at 3am to take us the Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, and was equipped with a small kitchenette (sink, plates, cutlery, fridge, etc)"
Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village
"Brilliant location for our concert at the Tung Auditorium, with convenient parking a short walk away. We have stayed many times and always had a wonderful stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and breakfast is always great."
