22 Aug 2026The room is smaller than expected, too tight for 4 adults. The hotel is right next to a busy train hub so expect noises throughout. Location is excellent, close to subway entrance in very central Tokyo. Kitchen is not really operational, more like a small sink with a decent size fridge. Love the clothes washer/dryer combo.

8 Jun 2026Great stay for our family of four! The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed. It was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a convenience store just 2 minutes away.
The location is excellent—close to the train station and Tokyo Monorail at Hamamatsucho Station, with Tokyo Tower within walking distance. We'd definitely stay here again.

3 Jun 2026Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

27 May 2026Love this location for proximity to the jr line and monorail for easy transfer to the airports. Also not in a busy touristy part of the city, so perfect for people who get overwhelmed with the Tokyo congestion. A great bakery and 7-Eleven around the corner kept us fed for easy breakfasts before full days of sightseeing. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of four, including two college-aged kids.

It’s also very kid-friendly, with enough space for families to relax without feeling cramped. One of the biggest conveniences was the washer-dryer combo in the unit—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Would definitely stay here again!

5 Jul 2026Clean and moden place. Having an in -suite laundry was super convenient( 2in1 laundry). This hotel apartment had all the amenities you need. Eg toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, slippers, hair ties, shaver and laundry detergent. Only item that was missing was lotion but that wasn't a big deal. Location was excellent as it was few steps to the trains. The monorail was also a few steps away and it takes you straight to haneda airport within 15mins. If you catch the express train it will take you there within 6 min (train ride). Overall 5 stars and would definately recommend for family with children.

Washer and dryer in the room made it quite convenient.
Rooms are fully functional and only small minor complains.
The proximity to the VERY busy Yamanote and Shinkansen lines literally on your window made it slightly inconvenient, although it was not horrible...
The AC blows literally on the beds. There was no way to change the direction of the flow. It would help tremendously to put a diverter in the AC unit.

26 Jun 2026Not really any hotel amenities if you are looking for a restaurant or gym but great for a family stay. Spacious and clean rooms with a kitchenette. Vey quiet and cozy. Staff are so nice and helpful and stored our luggage before our late flight home, it was vey close to train station.

28 Apr 2026The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here.

18 May 2026Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel.
The staff were so kind, super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
I booked the Japanese style room was was big for 3 of us and enough space for our suitcases.
It has a washer/dryer in the room which was convenient. 7/11 and 2 Lawson's just around the corner.
800m walk to the Tokyo Tower which has a nice restaurant.
