Staff not helpful at all. Parking was across the street and staff did not tell us to pay for parking when entering and we had a ticket this morning for the parking . Asked staff what to do or where to pay it and they didn't know.and didn't care or give us any help. In Canada you pay for parking upon leaving the parking lots. Due to language we couldn't read direction upon entering garage. False advertising on parking. No parking available at hotel. We are 2 -78 year old seniors with mobility issues so parking was important. We are from Canada and no one to help us with menu in restaurant last night.Could not read the menu so went to bed without supper. Did not inform us that key had to go into electric system to get lights on in room . Found it by chance.would not recommend it to anyone.

Vi bokade superior rum övre våning. Sängen var hård, när vi skulle äta frukost så var alla borden inte avdukade efter personer gått, så vi fick plocka undan andras frukost tallrikar, de låg tallrikar på borden en 15-30min efter folk hade gått, så svårt för gäster att hitta lediga bord. Annars en bra vistelse! Lungt och härligt ställe strax utanför innerstaden

Værelset var godt, især til 1-2 overnatninger, ville ikke anbefale mange flere. Meget stille område samt hotel. Morgenmaden også udmærket, dog virkelig mange mennesker på lidt plads og vi var dernede tideligt. Baren er ret dyr i forhold til kvalitet af drinks og udvalg af snacks. Spa’en er to boblebade, meget dyrt og ikke hvad man forventer. Badekåber og tøfler er ikke inkluderet i prisen. Hotellet er dog dejlig nemt at komme til hvis man er på gå ben, med en lille sejltur.

Servering i baren stengte 23.00 på en lørdag men masse folk på hotellet og i baren. Det er for så vidt greit men da vaktene kom og ba alle forlate fellesområdene klokka 23.30, gikk det fra en hyggelig hotellopplevelse til følelsen av å være på leirskole der de voksne fortalte oss når vi måtte gå på rommet og være stille. Utrolig spesielt opplegg. På utsjekksdagen fungerte plutselig ikke romkortene til flere rom i vår etasje. Vi måtte ned i resepsjonen og få nye kort to og tre ganger før det virka. Vi ble 20 min forsinka til neste avtale og uten å få noen form for beklagelse eller forståelse fra resepsjonen. Fint hotell men de må tåle flere riper i lakken etter denne opplevelsen.
