Great place to stay and eat!
Wonderful hotel staff. The hotel is situated at the perfect spot in the old town of San Marino. Parking Recommendation: Parking Lot 6, which is a short walk down to the hotel. The hotel restaurant is fantastic; get the 4 course meal— amazing.

Great hotel, the room was ready when we arrived at 1130 so we could go to room to drop off our bags and go off and explore without them. We also got upgraded which was a lovely surprise.

Well …this property was nice and they have a great breakfast but we encountered a problem with canceling the last night. The admin was so rigid on their cancellation policy, even with Orbitz supervisor calling, we had to pay for the last night we weren’t there. So we are torn on this property but it was nice and most of the front desk staff was great. Close to the duomo and train station.

This hotel is beautiful and in the most gorgeous setting of the historic centre of San Marino. The staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and the hotel restaurant has great food with an amazing view. The car is parked at their sister hotel in an underground garage and you can either walk or get the hotel groups private buggy to take you for access. The rooms are lovely, as a world heritage site it has to be maintained with original features which makes it charming - the only downside is the tiny bathroom however that can be forgiven because of the beauty of the place. We will be back and I highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely Hotel but Mis-Sold
Hotel is lovely, staff are really nice but was left feeling a bit mis-sold. The Classic room we received looked nothing like the room we believed we were getting. The pictures we saw on the website and booking sites are completely different and of a much higher standard to the room we got.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in and every interaction seamless and pleasant. The room was espacious and comfortable. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, where we enjoyed not only a high quality meal but also a stunning view of the sunset. The location is also perfect as it's at the center of all San Marino's attractions. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it!

The room looked a little dated and the toilet ventilation was not strong so as soon as you stepped into the room, you could smell the toilet smell! However, the hotel was convenient with main attractions of San Marino only a stone’s throw away.

Hotel in central San Marino
Immaculately placed hotel in San Marino. Room was larger than normal, with a nice bath. Clean and well keept, but not new. AC worked well. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast, but nothing spectacular. Honestly a bit pricey for what you get by itself, so you are paying for staying in central San Marino. If you can afford it however, it's worth it because San Marino is a really beautiful place at night when all day time tourists leave.

Central location in the old town
Authentic hotel right in the heart of San Marino city. Pros - big room,comfortable bed, decent breakfast, looked after our luggage when we checked out. Cons - room was pretty basic and there was confusion upon check-in - was told we could have an upgrade for a nominal fee and when we accepted we were told the price would be a lot higher. Also, our room was right by the bell tower that rings every 15 minutes- so I'd advise asking for a room away from there. All in all a great location for a stay in SM.

Friendly and helpful staff. But, the room was VERY tiny. There's no onsite parking. You park at another hotel. It's close, but really inconvenient especially in inclement weather.
