Worst Motel Ever! Read the reviews before you stay
This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Big regret not reading the reviews!
This is a 3 story motel and the elevator was broken and it looked like it has been broken for a very long time. This place had homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and at least 5 or more people making drug deals and they charge you $5.00 to park, so are these homeless and drug peeps paying the motel so they can hang out. The room was filthy. There was a big clump of hair hanging from the curtain rod, in plain site and hair inside the shower. The headboards had crumbs around them and the floors were filthy with food crumbs, hair and trash. The door was messed up and didn’t close all the way so you could hear everything going on outside. No sleep for us that night. I will make sure nobody I know ever stays here. Oh and whomever owns this place or manager that reads this, do not send a scripted response like I read in every response you made to people who have already complained. I took a few pics but wish I had taken more so no one else gets sucked in to this dive.

Very noisy place.
Location is really good. Room layout is also good & even bathroom was clean.
But you can hear noises from room above and from room next to you. We couldn't sleep all night due to constant noise made by guest staying on room above us. We ended up calling front desk at 3 AM but noise did not stop. We booked it because of the location and if you cannot sleep properly then yore next day won't be fun.
If you have to stay there, stay on top (3rd) floor that way there will be no one o. Top of your room to make noise.

Horrible place
It would not recommend this place to anyone. It has been run down and there are some interesting things happening there. I don’t like to say drugs if I don’t know it, this time I can say drug use.

Awful don't stay here
I reserved a room for three people and we get to a room there are only two pillows. We had two double beds and one pillow on each bed. I went down to the front desk myself before heading to dinner and asked to get two more pillows. Went up to the room and there was no additional pillows after the front desk again and they said they don't have any extras. The place was not full by any means as the parking lot barely had any cars. They could have easily went to a room that was not being utilized and got pillows. How are three people supposed to use two pillows. Also the cover on the AC and heater was off and the room was so hot and I could never tell if I was turning it on cold or hot. All I know is it seems that it was either hot or very hot. Also zero amenities in the room. Not even the little bottles of shampoo anymore. You guys are also ripping people off because parking was an additional $5 which I'm fine with but then it came to $5 and $72. They said the 7210 was taxed but that is 17% and the tax in California is 7.2%. It might only be a few cents but when you guys are doing that to every customer that is ripping people off. I do not recommend this property at all. They scam you and horrible customer service. Also the beds were insanly uncomfortable. I woke up all throughout the night with horrible back pain.

I am a frequent weekend visitor to Palm Springs and find the Downtown Motel 6 to be a reliable place for the budget consious traveler who wants to be able to walk into town. The room are simple and very spartan with cheap, thin towels and often mattresses that are old and in need of replacement. You can't beat the price that close to the center of town.

Decent
Very reasonable and the room was clean and bedding comfortable. Recommend bringing axtra pillow if you can and a larger bath towel as you get 1 pillow and a very thin towel but as I said for the price its a great deal
