The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. It does say laundry services available, however, it is not on site and takes 24 hrs. Breakfast was amazing there. Its right in the city center so it was easy to walk from place to place. Lots of shopping and food places available nearby.

The hotel is located downtown on a busy street close to all the main plazas. It needs a little TLC, the hallway carpets were stained on our floor. the room had tile so that was good.
