Stayed here quite a few times and it’s always been great, but obviously not for the past couple of years. Check in was chaotic and despite having 2pm check in there was still no room for us until 4.40. I had mistakenly thought with covid things would be clean but they weren’t! The room had coffee cup stains on the bedside surfaces and overall wasn’t great. I brought wipes so felt I had to clean it all. Breakfast was also a disappointment with cold, overcooked food and service that was non existent. We were greeted with” you’ve already been down as your name has been crossed off” nope we hadn’t. Overall very poor this time and the hotel is looking a bit knocked about. We did get free parking as we explained these things at checkout but not sure I would stay here again.

Gave Novotel Brentford the benefit of the doubt after a previous bad stay, check-in was a nightmare was delayed a person was supposed to be dealing with our check-in and she popped off only to never return and the person who replaced her a trainee hadn't been handed over any information. We had food in the bar on the first night only to have to wait over 45 minutes for food when there were were only a couple of tables occupied. The food turned up without the correct cutlery, the curry wasn't warm and was watery, the burger didn't have any bacon and the hostess got lost bringing back the correct cutlery. The curry was not edible and despite complaining to be expected to pay for the complete meal by the manager was really disappointing. Bear in mind the last time we were in the hotel my wife had food poisoning we will not be eating there again. With regards to the room, the towels were like something from a cheap B&B, the pillows all lumpy and the Nespresso machine did not work and never got fixed. It is a nice looking hotel but the service and the quality of the food are not what I expect from an Accor Hotel

Absolutely awful experience. The night manager Youssef Abdou was verbally abusive and threatened to call the police because I ordered a bottle of wine at 10.30pm for my colleagues. He accused me of 'harrassing' him, despite the fact that I had literally asked him one question. I don't know if he had me confused with another customer but it was absolutely terrifying and as a solo female traveller, I would not recommend that you stay in a place that threatens their customers. I was actually scared he was going to physically hurt me at one point.

After driving 7 hours to this hotel to get into my room at 11pm with my two children and having booked 2 double sofa beds for them we only received 1 so they had to share, apparently this hotel doesn’t allow 2 double sofa beds in 1 room very disappointed with that especially arriving so late on and the receptionist that was working that night was very rude and very unhelpful!. I think Novotel and Expedia need to sort out there room description online! Apart from that issue and the rude man everything was great!

WOW! What amazing staff at this hotel! The check in was seamless and super fast The taxi bookings on time The staff in the bar/restaurant were kind and efficient both for a takeaway pizza to take up to the room and breakfast was both quality food and amazing staff The staff are what makes this hotel - well done and keep up the great customer service - we will stay here again

There was a lift out of service for the two days we stayed there. We had to use the stairs most of the time. Had to ask for coffee 4 times at breakfast. Finally arrived.

Weekend stay at this hotel with my family. Room is not soo spacious but the bed was comfortable. Staff is nice, but sometimes you would find a queue at the reception. (someone should be there at all times). Loved the pool (great water temperature) and sauna.
