Pela tarifa, deixa muito a desejar quando comparado a resorts do interior de São Paulo na mesma faixa de preço, principalmente na comida e manutenção do parque (quase metade dos brinquedos fechados).

Hotel muito bom e com bastante opção para criancas. Quartos confortáveis. Boa comida e sistema all inclusive bem legal. Fui con criança pequena e o que me atraiu foram as fotos do Aqua Park e da outra piscina com escorregador pequeno, entretanto, o aqua park fica numa piscina na parte de baixo que nao é aquecida e está sempre congelante, assim, é "impossivel" de usar, e a outra piscina com escorregadores pequenos estava em reforma, o que foi bem ruim. A estrutura da piscina coberta é muito ampla e legal, mas falta algum atrativo para crianças e o piso é bem escorregadio e uma pessoa da familia acabou se machucando. Apesar desses pontos, o hotel tem bastante opção com brinquedoteca muito legal, parque de diversões, minizoo e exposições diversas. Voltaria com minha família.

Ideal para viagem em família, as crianças amaram, tem o parque de diversão dentro do hotel e funciona das 10:00 às 17:00h, tem uma piscina aquecida descoberta, uma fria descoberta e uma aquecida coberta imensa. A comida e a bebida são boas e fartas...o dia inteiro tem comida, além das principais refeições, sempre tem uns petiscos disponíveis, ninguém fica com fome!

Foi Excelente, funcionários educados, limpeza boa, a comida maravilhosa, o tempo todo você tem o que comer e beber. Tem manobrista. Para quem tem criança tem diversas atividades com os recreadores. Escolhemos o local por sua acessibilidade e proximidade entre as áreas de lazer, como meus irmãos haviam recomendado. No entanto, ao chegarmos, descobrimos que eventos noturnos foram realocados para um espaço de difícil acesso, exigindo a descida por escadas sem alternativa para quem tem mobilidade reduzida. Meus pais, idosos, não puderam participar da programação noturna, e o hotel não ofereceu nenhuma solução. Além disso, notamos uma queda na qualidade da alimentação em comparação a anos anteriores, o que comprometeu ainda mais a experiência. Outro ponto crítico foi a superlotação dos shows noturnos. O espaço escolhido não comportava a todos, e no sábado, muitas pessoas ficaram do lado de fora assistindo pela janela.
