The hotel was excellent. The parking lot access is terrible. If you self park, you must use the third lot away from the hotel. It is a couple hundred yards away. The check in and unloading area in front of the hotel is small and crowded. The valet service takes up most of that area. It is difficult to check in and unload. And you have to pay $10 per day to self park, or $25 per day for the valet service. At least make the self parking complimentary since it is so far away. The TV lineup is not good either, if you want to watch movies. The location to the Island shops is awesome. The staff is nice and the hotel is very clean.
