Hamilton Hotel Washington DC

10/10 Excellent
"I spent a couple of days at the Hamilton with my family and what literally stood out was the kindness and the sensibility of the staff. James at the reception welcomed us warmly and provided us immediately with the room even though we were there way earlier. I have appreciated that type of kindness. Moreover, James specifically put himself on the front line for any specific request I had and his professionalism is what a great Hotel should always prioritize. The cleaning ladies on our floor have been very thoughtful and kind with us, always smiling! Last but not least, the staff at the Sophia restaurant, from the bar tender to the hostess, I have appreciated the professionalism and the service they provided every time. Thank to all of you for a great weekend, my family will definitely remember this experience on their way back to Italy! "

"Great location for exploring the heart of DC. Beds were super comfortable, and front desk staff was very helpful with all of our questions. The bar/restaurant is open to 11p, which is great, but at 10:45 they do last call for food and expect you to take it to go, which is our only "complaint"."
