Overall nice and clean
The hotel was friendly and nice. Breakfast is not included in the price (8euro) the area was a little skeptical because of the graffiti

Poor service leading to bad experience
Spacious room and guy who received us on arrival was friendly and helpful, but Hotel has no lift. Hotel description was that there would be daily housekeeping and toiletries but our room was not cleaned and beds weren’t made on the second day. Only shower gel was provided on first night. If we had known this we would have brought our own shower gel and shampoo. Because hotel failed to do housekeeping the next day, we had no fresh towels and my daughter was forced to sleep on the mattress without a bedsheet ( we had removed it when she had a nosebleed, thinking that her bed would be made by the evening ). When we returned to find that no housekeeping had been done, I called the hotel number given but the hotel refused to provide a new bedsheet until the next day . No compensation was offered for our bad experience or the failure to provide daily housekeeping.

Prima Pension!
Sehr schöne Pension, mit unschlagbar günstigem Preis und super Frühstücksbüffet. Viel comfort stand für uns nicht im Mittelpunkt und sollte man bei dem Preis auch nicht erwarten. Alles war sauber und ordentlich hergerichtet. Das Personal war steht’s überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir drei Freundinnen waren in Dresden um uns die Stadt anzusehen und den Marathon mit zu laufen und nicht um uns im Hotel ewig aufzuhalten. Für uns hat rundum alles gepasst. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Besuch in Dresden!
