My daughter and I took my 92 year old Mum to Amsterdam as a treat. She walks with a walker and when the staff realised this they moved us to a much larger room on the ground floor. We didn’t ask for this they just wanted to make our stay a bit easier. The breakfast was lovely. All fresh and constantly kept stocked by the breakfast staff. Excellent. I couldn’t recommend it more

The hotel when you walk in looks like a library including a reading are with many available books, The staff was very helpful with my bags. The breakfast was very good with one major problem, it is not easy for guests with ability issues The breakfast room is at the top of long steep staircase. I chose this hotel due to the location which was very close to the Oosterdok where people taking a bike and barge trip will leave from.

I had a two night stay at this charming hotel in Amsterdam. The staff was all friendly, helpful and polite. The library in the reception area is so cute. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Central Train Station. The rooms are modern, clean and recently renovated. I will stay here in future visits and recommend it.
