Rooms and the entire flat -- were great for what was required and expected. Commumal áreas at the ground floor were dishevelled and messy. The building as a whole is kept way to warm. It is however a building for university students, so it was fine, and the location is amazing!

The room was sufficient- great power/bathroom. Quite warm due to high outside temps, but they provided a good fan that helped a lot. The layout of the rooms is a little confusing, as there are many 'pods' of rooms, that often have a group kitchen, and many hallways to navigate. The staff were very helpful!

I went for the studio and was happy with the space and the full kitchen . They were also good enough to give me an extra towel when their policy is usually just to give one . The floor was in desperate need of being vacuumed when I arrived so fortunately(?) there was a vacuum in the cupboard . This is definitely a low cost option with good location , especially if you want to be off the main strip but still easily accessible to City Center and Leith and all in-between . Again though , low cost option . Laundry facilities were good and very helpful .

The room can be flooded with water if we use it for a shower. The double bed is slightly small in size. Yet, the location is good, the staff is nice and the price is far below average. It’s suitable for students and low-budget travellers.

Really noisy rooms. The walls must be paper thin. Every door loudly slams shut every single time and is heard up and down the corridor. Very - really extremely - hot, with very poor ventilation to get cool air into the room. Actually almost none. Convenient location for busses, walking etc. Nice reception staff 24 x 7

Really nice location, very basic but comfortable. Between two Tram stops and a sainsburys and starbucks in the immediate vacinity. Very lovely staff especially Aimee who was friendly on check in and Josh, who was very helpful on checkout. Keep up the good work!!

The staff were great. The place was a very close walk to the tram , which was amazing for getting around the city. The place was clean and the building felt secure. As a student dorm , it was as expected, nothing flashy but that’s all that was needed to enjoy the city. There is a grocery store and a Starbucks very close which was also very convenient.
