Nice Hotel for short stay
This is a nice hotel in a great part of Reykjavik. The breakfast was excellent and I liked that they give you the option of whether you want housekeeping or not beforehand. The bed was way too soft and there was no noise protection at all. Every person walking by on the street outside was easily audible through the window :( but the room was clean and the staff were pleasant. It's a bit of a walk in the wintertime from the nearest bus stop but if you have a car it would be easy to get to.

The Sand hotel was great - SO centrally located, we could walk everywhere from our hotel, and the hotel bar was cute and convenient on a cold night.
