It was a short stay for one night as we flew into Narita and were taking the bullet train next morning. Conveniently located and the bed was comfortable and clean. The only consideration is that the room was very tiny and a bit tight for three adults with three suitcases.

The hotel was not what I expected at all. The room was so dark and small for 2 people. The room that we stayed in was a bit scary as there was an extended area by the door and toilet but it was completely dark with no light above. Plus, the lights in the room were not bright at all. This hotel has two buildings and it wasn’t convenient for us to carry all our luggages from one hotel to the other. And most importantly the price was not worth it, it was HK$1500 for a night! What a rip off. Definitely won’t stay in this hotel again.

We loved the Ueno neighborhood which was full of restaurants and handy shops. So convenient to the Ueno subway station. After the bars and restaurants close it is very quiet. Really cant say enough about how convenient the hotel was to eateries. Superior queen room was very comfortable.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. There are 2 building, make sure you stay in the main building vs the annex. I think the annex use to be smoking room, there are still lingering smell of the past even though it is currently a non-smoking facility. This is my go to place whenever I visit Tokyo. clean room, friendly staff, amazing onsen to relax in after a long day of exploring the city.
