We arrived very early, 6am and the staff was very accommodating and helpful getting us set up. The location is perfect for tourists and easily connected. The room and the breakfast buffet was great as well and helped al lot to be well rested and ready to have fun in Madrid. The rooftop bar is also worth noting, with great views drinks and appetizers to wind down after a long day. Overall Riu Plaza España offers great value and I highly recommend it.

I was there for one night before my flight home. The hotel is in a great location and removed from but convenient to the very busy shopping areas. The elevators will assign you to a specific elevator based on where you want to go and are generally very quick. The hotel breakfast was included and is extensive (I wish I had more time to enjoy it but had to get to the airport!). I did not love the location of my room which was one of the closest to the elevators (so I did hear kids running and shouting occasionally) and it was for a handicapped guest (I am not handicapped). Otherwise, I would stay here again but would request a quiet room.

I was expecting more of this hotel. The staff was helpful breakfast was good. The location is good (close to main attractions) It was hard to enjoy the rooftop. Always was packed with No Hotel guest. I was expecting more of the bedding( sheets not good quality). In the bathroom, the flush (handle) was not properly working

The staff and food and the place very clean and the bar and the Resturant excellent service and Osvaldo an pd yesilmy were excellent with their service. Thank you see you next year

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and would not stay anywhere else in Madrid. Breakfast is world class. Huge doesn't even begin to describe the options. Perfect location. Beautiful rooms. We love this hotel. Staff completely takes care of you. This hotel is first class.
