Good lifts as you bleep your room card and put floor in and it picks out of 8 lifts best one to take! Roof access included so no need to que with the public just walk right in! Great location next to metro. Friendly helpful staff v clean and great breakfast. Rooms were great and up to date, location was also perfect! Breakfast was good but I wouldn’t pay $30 euro per person for it. Only downsides were that parking was expensive (32 euro) and the garage didn’t work so we were stuck inside for 10 + minutes and never got some sort of refund. In addition, I think there was some sewage leak and it had a strange smell on our second day.

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing rooftop bar that you can see 360 around the city of Madrid. Great location across from the park and near shopping and the palace. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
