Fantastic family stag at RIU Plaza. Great size family room, excellent breakfast and perfect location to explore Madrid from. All the Transport links you need are just few metres from the hotel. The 360 roof bar was fabulous with amazing views out over Madrid. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Great location! Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very good. Access to the rooftop bar was a nice touch as well. Only downside was the pool closed quite early one night due to a private event. Nothing we couldn’t work around, just happened to be the one evening our son wanted to use the pool. Great location! Buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of food. The elevators are tricky to use at the beginning, but once you learn it’s all good. The rooftop was OK, overcrowded, take your picture/video and leave. Staff was friendly. Close to Metro and shopping. Good lifts as you bleep your room card and put floor in and it picks out of 8 lifts best one to take! Roof access included so no need to que with the public just walk right in! Great location next to metro. Friendly helpful staff v clean and great breakfast. Only left a star off as terrace didnt have a great view so maybe check with hotel if you really want to be at the front !

A wonderful room with a great view, although I didn't like how the bathroom door had a gap built into it. You never know how new cuisine is going to sit with your stomach, and I'd prefer a door that shuts fully in a room with such stink potential.
