"The Villas we stayed in were amazing. A cleaning crew comes in every day to tidy up and refill your daily water and towels. My kids LOVED the private pool for our villa and the beach. The only things we were not prepared for was that although there is a kitchen, it is not stocked at all with anything for cooking or even eating. No utensils or cooking tools. Also, be prepared to call for a buggy every time you want to leave your villa. "

"This is a very well designed place. We have stayed in newer, more modern hotels but this was by far the most comfortable. First shower in Vietnam not to soak the whole bathroom. The pool is nice, breakfast was very good and we had a beautiful view of the river junctions.

"Very serene atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great seeing all the animals in the safari. Good breakfast. The only regret was having laundry service which was a nightmare!! They washed our clothes with other People's clothes. They hung the clothes up in metal hangers which distorted the shapes of the pants and shirts. They washed whites with color, this the whites were all stained!!!!!! A bag of laundry ended up costing $30 US dollars and yet clothes were destroyed. So, stay here because...

The restaurant is fantastic with a large menu and they delivered with high quality on every dish we ordered.
There is a lot to do, beautiful pool, beach is clean and there are plenty of things to do (free), as snorkelling, SUP, kayaking.

"Despite a horrendous 1-hour check-in, we had a great stay at Melia. The resort is big, but Villas are private and very spacious. We loved the yoga (with Vani and Risa), the pool room, the Melia-nade!
We had some issues with the plumbing (toilets and shower drains) but we're resolved with maintenance.
I don't know what happened at check-in, but this started our trip on a sour note. However we ended on a nice note with staff very accommodating to our family. "
