I communicated with Katy through WhatsApp and she arranged our transfer back to the hotel while we were out. Everyone we encountered was great! The facilities were excellent. They even had happy hour on the rooftop. Walkable to train street, Hoan Kiem lake and shops/restaurants. I highly recommend the Meritel for your next stay in Hanoi!"

"I really enjoyed staying at the Solaria. It is located next to the Old Quarter of Hanoi, which is the area that all visitors go to because it has lots of shopping, restaurants, night market, and things to see. Room was nice and clean. Free breakfast was pretty good with lots of choices. The staff is very professional and courteous. Upon my arrival, they also let me check-in early. Also, on the day that I departed, my flight was late in the evening, so they stored my luggage for me while I spent my last afternoon exploring. (I liked that they stored it in a locked room behind the reception, as it seemed more secure than other hotels that just leave your luggage in a corner of the lobby.)"
