Also at check in they could be more attentive and tell you about their breakfast services, what’s at the hotel and how you can get swimming pool towels etc but we were just given our hotel key card.

I took a travel kettle. The is nothing for hot drinks in room. At breakfast I took a sachet of coffee for the room. It’s worth taking a cup also or some plastic beakers. We brought a 5l water from shop as fridge in room. Breakfast and diner buffets are great. We stayed a week.

Bar was not open during our stay. WiFi was excellent. Room was spacious and very clean and bathroom was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was at the bar nextdoor and was what I always have, toast with tomatoes, coffee (very good) and juice. The friendly barman knew our order by the next day.

Checked in late and had to leave early with young children. Everything was easy and efficient. The night manager was brilliant - she arranged a taxi pickup and prepared a takeaway breakfast bag early in the morning, pretty much at her own initiative. Both the room and the service surpassed our expectation, and we couldn’t have hoped for a smoother and more comfortable experience.

Great Location right in the centre surrounded by Supermarket, Cafes and Tapas Bars and Restaurants. Is only 10 minutes to the great Sea View and Promenade. Also The Hotel was kept clean at all times. Rooms where cleaned and bedding and towels changed daily. Very clean for a 1 Star rating. This should be a 3 Star Hotel for sure. All the Staff were friendly and tried to speak English but its good for us to try and learn Basic Spanish whilst we are here too.. Would definitely recommend this Hotel...

The hotel staff were very welcoming and made my airport transfer arrangements, organised my golf lessons and were able to assist with any other arrangements. The golf pro was super, but the driving range a bit tatty compared to other facilities and not under cover.
The food was wonderful with Al a carte or other options in the evening where you could eat on the outdoor terrace or in the bar. I would have liked to see more...
