"Second time staying here. Convenient, affordable, no frills, clean accommodations for a stay in Boston. Walking distance to the T, longer but easy walk to the Copley Square area. "

"The Lenox is a stalwart of hotels in Boston. Large rooms with high ceilings create the elegance of a bygone era. The staff, though, are young, educated and willing to make your stay memorable. The restaurants cover every sort of dining to cater to your individual tastes. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Lenox dozens of times and would never consider staying elsewhere."
"I gave the Charlesmark Hotel five stars mainly because of its outstanding location. It is directly across from Copley Station, overlooks the Boston Marathon finish line, and is close to the Charles River. It is also an easy walk to Boston Common and downtown Boston. For sightseeing and getting around the city, the location was extremely convenient."

"Stayed for a few days here. Stephanie and team are fantastic. They went above and beyond to care for our furry travel companion (Gatsby) to ensure he felt good. Gatsby was treated like royalty with in room dining menu specially tailored for the furry ones. It’s the best place to stay in Boston without a doubt. If not for the location and history attached to it, definitely for the team that takes care of the guest with care and a touch of humanity. Very well done people. Hats off."

"Location was very convenient. Multiple restaurants to choose as well as local landmarks, such as Fenway Park and Copley square. Staff was extremely helpful, although much communication was digital rather than in person. But it was effective. We appreciated the continental breakfast especially the coffee. The Nespresso and Keurig choices were outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit."
"This Hilton is going to be our new go-to in Boston. We’ve stayed at some of the other hotels around there (Sheraton, Weston), but this is our favorite. Why?
1. Nice and helpful staff, who are empowered to improve the guest experience. We were upgraded us to a lovely room with a curved window and view of Boston, and the staff was able to give us a later checkout.
2. Recently renovated. Beautiful gym! A/C system in the rooms is SILENT. Note: pool is still being renovated.
3. Great location....
