"I stayed at the Hilton this week (6-9 th June) having booked on the basis of the profile and great experience in the Hilton Tulum I seemed a great option.
I booked a suite, upon arrival there was only 1 member of staff (11pm) and I was asked to find / make my own way to the room. In a vast building that was not a great start.
The room, a suite was dreadful. Located in the lighthouse building on floor 5. It was pitch black, no natural light, balcony was covered in moss and sludge with waste...

"Petit Fornells a real find….room 102 has amazing balcony & lots of great views. Will def request this superior room again! Was in 105 last year which was nice but 102 better…view even from shower! Food exceptionally good. "

"Great hotel everything worked great I heard rumours about air conditioning but all false very comfortable staff helpful . I had a late flight the day of checkout but they had a nice shower room set up before I went to the airport. Book this a day in advance so you get a proper half hour slot."

"Very nice stay, with comfortable and large room, although the interior is a bit dated, it doesn’t influence the overall comfort - only small minus was a constant “buzz” from the A/C.
Breakfast was nice and lunch options was very good and varied - service level at breakfast and lunch was a bit hectic at times, even when it wasn’t that busy, but always friendly.
