This was such a suprise hotel - we didn’t realise it had just been open 3 months. Very high standard hotel from the rooms to the public spaces… and the food was excellent. Big call out to Ruben the night manager who was welcoming when we arrived after midnight after a long drive from Biarritz and couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff were equally helpful and bright. We will be back every year…

What a charming, and perfectly located hotel. Shower was good and powerful. Room was sizeable and airy with good bed comfort. In the heart of the old town which is so charming. Would definitely recommend

Traveling solo I had a very peaceful 5 days here. I paid for a sea view room which had a large balcony, the room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast choice is terrific, the staff excellent. The outdoor pool is not heated so in May it was too cold for me (a keen swimmer) to venture into it, however it's a good sized pool.

Only stayed two nights but thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel is a bit hidden but has access to the beach and is not far from the town of Denia. However,it's main attraction is the quality of the welcome and the service from the staff and the excellent and reasonably priced food. It has a decor which is classical in appearance even though the hotel dates back only to 1970. Parking is free and so is the Wi-fi in most of the hotel.

This is our 2nd visit to Hotel Porto Calpe. It’s a very clean and comfortable hotel and in a great location. Looking forward to going back in June.

Hotel was beautiful, front entrance beautiful. lovely fresh smell everywhere. Rooms were very clean , slight problem with ‘noisy’ coffee machine. Pods fell through but wasn’t,t a problem. Couldn’t fault the view, we had 2 rooms, one facing front other facing side, both with marina views. Traffic busy and music noisy but doors pretty good at toning down. All staff were lovely. Overhaul had a lovely time and can recommend.

Stayed at the Diamante Beach last Friday night, on our way to our final holiday destination. Late arrival time of 9.30pm was no problem, parked in the hotel's own underground car park, which was expensive at €12 for the night but didn't feel like trying to find an on street space. Reception staff were lovely, very helpful and aware that we just wanted to get to our rooms and relax. Had 2 adjoining rooms on the ninth floor, with an interconnecting door. Wasn’t expecting much as a 3 star and at the price point.. was very happy, great room, clean and comfy and great balcony and views!

Great location 25m pool which as I love swimming was great. Bed slightly hard and only a double so slightly smaller than we would have liked but apart from that a superb experience.

Very friendly welcome from staff and very clean. Room only had a small window so bit dark. Nice breakfast room and good choice. No tea and coffee facilities in room and parking around the streets busy but we did find a free space.

Excellent location and really nice modern rooms. Very clean. Lovely big walk-in shower. Dulce Gusto coffee machine in the room for a morning coffee

Very good hotel my third stay

My husband and I arrived early for check in to be greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception. Although our room was not quite ready we only had a 25 minute wait. We booked a sea view room with balcony which was located on the 3rd floor. Our room was quiet small but more than big enough for 2 people. But the Balcony view was absolutely amazing.
