Under construction
Hotel under construction. I could not find one quiet place in the hotel.
Pool and spa were closed. Could not find water at any of the vending machines.
The floor beneath me was being remodeled so I could hear and feel drilling, tapping, cutting, banging, at 8am Friday and Saturday morning. They wanted $50/night for parking, and my vehicle was oversized, so they wanted $60/night to valet. Gym was closed at night when I tried to get in. Overall unimpressed. Would not stay here again.

Give it a year before booking here.
Wasn’t said told or posted that 80% of the hotel was under construction.. bad smells and nothing was open. Booked this place since it had a food court and none of that was open past 4-5pm…..

Easy Peasy
It was a good day. It’s just that the hotel was under construction and I wasn’t expecting that. Also, a lot of walking through the halls, but I must say for a big hotel. It is easy to navigate. Especially the self parking I found that helpful and easy to use.

room with view of fireworks
Simple clean room. Shower didn’t have a ledge for shaving and bathroom space was awkward (no towel rack/towel bar for hand towel). The view was nice of the fireworks and watching the rides. Lots of noise from remodeling and pool was under construction. I didn’t realize there was construction at the hotel when I booked it. Otherwise the parking garage was easy to use and felt safe walking around property even at night. Food trucks for the convention was a nice added bonus. Customer service was top notch. We left an item behind that was found instantly and mailed out the same afternoon.

Disappointed but renovations will make it worth it
The hotel is in the middle of a renovation. Our room was pretty outdated. The toilet seat was cracked, the air vents were extremely dusty and the shower had hair left from the people before. So it was pretty disappointing. However, I did get a chance to see an updated room that my other family members were in, which was really nice. I’d probably stay again once the renovations are complete.

Good but need more amenities
It was a good experience overall. They are constructing new stuff at the hotel which was fine because they are upgrading the hotel. The room could’ve had a microwave and a bigger fridge. There is no laundry service which would help a lot.

Only things that bothered our stay: thin walls, we can hear kids crying on both walls. The shampoo and body wash bottles in the bathroom were empty!

I wasn’t aware of construction when booking and then construction occurred at all hours including at night. It was very loud and there was poor signage to get around.

Terrible experience
When we arrived, we were greeted with construction in the main lobby. The hammering and saw noises woke up our two-year-old, who was in the middle of the nap. The second night that we were there, our entire floor smelled like marijuana when then seeped into our room, which was at the end of the hallway. We called down and nothing was done about it. I spoke with the front desk the next morning. A $30 credit was offered however when I checked out, the credit was taken away. This was our second horrible stay at a Hilton property this year.
