Loved our stay here. Great service and the place was recently remodelled. Was very modern and had everything one needs. Waffles for breakfast is always a hit with my kids.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom had visible mold stains, which was very concerning, and the door wouldn’t close properly unless it was slammed. I ended up staying only one night and had to cancel the rest of my reservation to book another hotel. Overall, it did not meet my expectations.

The staff during check in and check out were so incredibly friendly and kind. We were in the area for a medical family emergency and they made things a lot easier. The free onsite parking is nice but VERY limited. The room was very small compared to others we were in during the week but clean and modern and one of the more comfortable beds. Pillows were a little flat for my liking. Overall property was quiet and well lit. We would stay again.
The breakfast was also nice. Waffles, coffee, juices, fruits, yogurts, cereal and to-go pastries.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we knew where we were going and how to get there. They had recommendations for restaurants and travel means (including what would be cheapest for our party). Housekeeping was pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is older, but we had no complaints. (The shower temperature was a little difficult to adjust, but we got there!)

Walls are thin, we can hear other guests talking. Otherwise everything else is great. Comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff and perfect location near all the restaurants and shops on the Pier (about 20-30 min walk).

Absolutely happy with the location on Lombard street. Close to fisherman's warf with public transportation or $10 drive via Uber. Free parking is a highlight not to be unnoticed.

Low category, smelly room motel, sponsored by best Western. They have limited parking, but limited to their staff.I got there at night, after driving for hours, and I was lucky to find a parking spot on the street 6 blocks away! Not worth the money they charge. Not recommended at all!!!

The hotel was clean. No elevator, hard with lot of luggage, luckily my bf helped me. Parking is limited and first come, first serve. Tight spaces. Staff was excellent and nice.
