It’s definitely a two star
This place was severely rundown. I mean, I’ve been to a daze in before, but this one just looked like a really poorly maintained place badly needs renovation and they had renovation ongoing, but it’s not getting done fast enough there’s spiderwebs everywhere. Dust forget about a toothbrush or toothpaste, but then again it is what it is. But the guy working there was absolutely awesome Great, generous guy I think his name was Sanam

Great customer service
I had to go down to London Ontario for a surgery on my arm I was in the hospital for four days was only expecting to be there for two the hotel is very accommodating and I need extra rooms for my girlfriend to stay although some rooms may have been booked but she was able to keep the room that we originally booked. The staff there was very accommodating it’s not the Taj Mahal but if you’re looking for a relatively priced place to stay just to get the job done it’s the perfect place

Days Inn House of Horrors
Checked in around 730pm for a 4 night stay for work. Asked older gentleman at desk for a luggage cart. Would not reply. Asked again only to be told he did not know where it was. Took several tries to get a cart. His recomendation was to carry my luggage and work stuff, up to room. This would have taken min 10 trips. I asked if people do not have luggage when they check in? His response was no, they never have luggage. The third night there was a wedding in basement and the music was so loud the bed was shaking. Went to desk only to be told by same man, rather rudely, that they had until 11pm then the music had to stop. It was 8pm and i was checking out at 4am for a 6 hour drive. No sleep. Lastly, i had to empty my own garbage daily, and had 2 towels and 1 face cloth for 4 days.
