Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, and bathroom spotless. Breakfast in the morning was a great selection which covered all tastes and appetites. Overall, with a good central location, I'd stay here again without hesitation. Recommended.

It was a great hotel, ideal location, clean and a great breakfast.
A touch disappointed that they couldn't help with a mobile phone charger, most hotels have 200 of these that people have forgotten, just shows a lack of care in the customer.

Rooms communal areas and breakfast were all lovely. Rooms and communal areas were exceptionally clean. Lovely views at breakfast and lots of choice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Some hotels you stay in look a bit dated. This hotel was refreshingly up to date and extremely clean. Lovely spacious bedroom and bathroom Staff we spoke to were very polite and friendly. Good choice of food for Breakfast. Although there is no car park, the Harbour car park is just arpund the corner and you can get a 4 or 8 day permit which enables you to park in any Torbay Council car park. Will go back to Torquay and no hesitation in booking this hoteal again.

Overall, our stay was good. The hotel is in a perfect location, and I appreciated that breakfast and Wi-Fi were included and pet friendly.
However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. As an asthmatic with allergies, I am particularly sensitive to dust, and unfortunately, the room had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was visible dust on the wardrobe floor, the TV, the bed headboard, and even along the wall bay above.

A well located modern hotel with a heart
The services of the hotel were excellent and the staff were very helpful and polite. They worked extremely hard in all departments especially in the hotel rooms which were daily cleaned. We asked for a change to the feathery pillows and duvet and that was done immediately.
The hotel is in an exceptional location near to all the services such as buses and shops. Close also to the restaurants by the harbour.
The open plan breakfast arrangement is excellent and the staff worked very hard to get the food out and so all the hot and cold food were available.
We were very pleased with our stay and the backway entrance to the road leading to the harbour is a gooldsend!
