Knock before entering your room!
This is the first time ever that I opened the door to my hotel room and saw that it was not ready, it was a mess, the beddings weren’t on, trash in the trash can. We went back down and the front desk lady gave us another room. There was a lady that we saw when we checked in, she went to her room and came back down and said her keycard didn’t work. When I went down to ask for another room, she came back down again and she was pissed off, she open the door and there was a family in the room already. The front desk does a poor job on assigning rooms, really disappointed on how they can’t manage to get it under control for a nice hotel. Other than that, the hotel is nice, rooms are clean and modern.

The hotel is great, newly built and a block from the Boardwalk. Only downside, bar closed before 8:30 pm and the bartender would not provide us with wine glasses so we could open our own bottle to drink. Offered plastic water cups instead

Nice hotel with good location
We had a great stay at Courtyard. Room was clean and spacious. The only thing we didn’t like were the beds. We reserved room with queen beds but it seemed like both beds are only full size. And they were not comfortable either. They have underground parking but they charge $25 valet only. We didn’t mind because we only stayed for 1 night but if you’re staying longer then be prepared to pay $25/day. But at least you feel safer that your car has security in the parking garage. You have in & out privileges too. The best thing we loved about our stay was the location. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk & 5-10 minutes walk to different restaurants nearby. Overall we like Courtyard and will likely return & recommend to our family & friends!

Good for the off season price
Room key is needed for the elevator to work cans MUST stay in the light switch in room for all electrical outlets to work. That was slightly inconvenient. If you have more than one person staying with you, ask for extra key cards. There is a parking fee of $25 underneath the hotel. It is required valet but it’s a one time fee, So you can come and go as you please. The hotel lobby is nice. There are also fire pits outback that you can use it anytime. There is a pool and a gym. There is no complementary breakfast or coffee except the coffee and tea in your hotel room. The rooms are not as soundproof as you would hope. We could hear families walking and talking down the hallway. Thankfully, during our day, it was not busy. It is in a nice location and within walking distance to the boardwalk.

Beautiful hotel.
We were extremely impressed with this hotel! Our room was huge and spacious (we actually had a handicap suite it was the only room left with 3 beds) the ceilings were high so it made it just feel very large. The outside of the hotel is beautiful. It’s in walking distance to the boardwalk. The protected valley parking was also a plus the food at the restaurant was quite pricey and not horrible, but very small basic portions for the cost. We never felt very full after eating and spending $100 for the three of us.
