Small rooms, but fine if you just want a base.
The rooms are fairly small, but for our kind of holidays that’s fine the bed was comfortable and big enough for two friends to share. We lost a friend whose phone had broken and she got lost, and the staff were very helpful and supportive. All good in the end.

Room was small, but clean. Location was good. The hotel could definitely use some renovations and soundproofing, but it was still a fine place to stay.

Definitely will stay here again
This hotel is in a very good location, one block from the tram with only two stops to the train station. Short walk to the Grand Place with the statue of Manneken pis and the Chocolate Factory on the way. The hotel is no frills but very clean; rooms made up every day with fresh towels. We stayed in room 25 with a nice view of Place Rouppe decorated for Christmas and very quiet. Bed was very comfortable with warm bedding and very good temperature control heating. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute Room - Nice Staff
I chose this location as it was close to the Square conference center (less than 15 minute walk) for a business trip. My room was very cute and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I did not get a chance to try breakfast but I regretted that each day as it smelled delicious and was all locally sourced. The neighborhood is a central city neighborhood, great for daytime walking and close to many things, maybe not as great for a woman alone late at night. I did walk back at night without any issues, but it felt a little quiet and dark.

Good location and good price.
Lovely quiet hotel in excellent location. Easy walk from Brussels Midi station. Easy walk into the centre. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Bed comfortable. The only negative would be that we found the room to be quite cold overnight. Though maybe because we were on the top floor. Paid extra for breakfast which was worth the extra 15 euros. Would recommend and would stay again

Julien at front desk in the evening was a wealth of knowledge. Great service. Wondering bed as well. Food prices in restaurant was a bit high, so we didn’t eat there.

VERY GOOD LOCATION FOR BRUSSELS..
Two night stay on the way to London. This is a 'different' place as much of Brussels. - Not very roomy but well laidout to be comfortable. Included breakfast is good and starts early. The sorrounding area does not have many choices particularly on Sunday when we arrived. Overall a bit on the expensive side for its value but an EXCELLENT location, wakeable to center core with plenty of choices.

Nice hotel, in wrong place.
Lovely little hotel. There is a downside though it is on a very noisy roundabout. Found the staff not so helpful. Lift broke and an elderly couple one that was clearly struggling to walk couldn't bring thier suitcases down the very steep stairs. The staff were not at all helpful. I don't know what they did because there was no way he could have carried anything. Breakfast I thought for the price boring and poor choice.

Walk to all of the hot spots
Excellent location and bright rooms with hip details. The separate WC is problematic as it has a loud magnetic closure and extremely bright motion sensor lighting, so it’s impossible to use at night without disturbing the other person in the room. But overall, this was a cool spot for our 5 nights in Brussels.

Very comfortable newly refurbished hotel in central area - walking distance to everything central. The bedroom was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The only slightly surprising point was the seemingly ambivalent nature of the reception staff. Certainly not something to put anyone off but not really in line with the vibe of the hotel.

Close hotel to train station with soundproof rooms. Easy walk to brussels city center. Room is a little plan and not alot of english channels on TV but if you are not in the room alot it works. Bar and food in lobby.

La ubicación muy buena. Es un hotel para pasar un par de noches. El aire acondicionado nunca funcionó y el calor era terrible. Tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta.

The rooms were clean and utilized small spaces well. Staff was friendly and very helpful, and the building had central aircon, which was a pleasant surprise. One thing I wish rooms had was a small fridge.

A very nice hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly, the location is great, in between Midi station and the Grand Place, walkable but also very close to Anneessens metro station. Our room with a view of the square was recently refurbished and very clean. I would recommend paying the extra for the view rooms. Breakfast very tasty and well presented but lack of choice would be a problem for vegans or people with allergies. Stingy on instant coffee in rooms and only one cup of black coffee at breakfast!
