Lovely staff and property. Rooms are lovely clean and a decent size. Breakfast was very nice and the staff are lovely to deal with. It is an easy walk to the heart of Bath if you have reasonable fitness.

Lovely 2 night stay at Grays. Our room had a fantastic view overlooking Bath. Very impressive B&B which was very tastefully decorated and furnished and all areas were spotlessly clean. Owner and staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Bath centre is about 20 minutes walk down hill. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Breakfast good. Useful to have car park. By Bath standards location good. Most rooms appear very good but ours, Room 9 on top floor had a sloping ceiling, so no good for adults on window side. It was also quite small and lacked storage space.
Other major problem for me was that we weren’t aware that the bedding is normally goose down/feathers. I suffer from asthma and woke up at 5am wheezing. I know it says on the website but I believe you must be warned about the bedding on arrival as they can put hypoallergenic bedding on.
