Quedamos durante semana y solo eramos dos o tres familias durante nuestra estancia. Muy amable las personas de hotel. Tiene una vista hermosa del lago de Chapala.

The Villas are rustic and a bit dated, I should have checked before booking for stairs since I travelled with my 95 years younger Mom but she as always was awesome and we enjoyed our time together. Staff was friendly and helpful, I was able to switch to a more convenient apartment. We did no cook but used the stove to warm Mom’s coffee there is no microwave and the fridge wasn’t cooling to well but not used for soda and water so it was OK. Landscape is gorgeous and so is the view.

What I loved the most about this place is the service. Everyone is very friendly and assuring that every client is having a great time. The rooms are cleaned very well. The morning breakfast was delicious. Will be going back next summer.

Decrepit Hotel
This is NOT 4 star but a 2 Star at best
This place is old and outdated.
Stains on the bed cover, metal seats with no cushions, locks that would not operate for sucurity from the inside.
Pool dirty and spa cloudy.
The 2 rooms we had were along way apart with high steps and no railings for my mother-in-law law of 83 so we changed to a 2 bedroom suite and charged us 200 pesos more.
The shower was really poor with a drizzle of hot water.
The property looks nice when you enter but the rooms are behind basic
That charged $ 140 US and was worth $ 50 US maximum

Place is great for family getaways. My only negative comment is that the pools need to be maintenanced regularly especially during high peak season....water was not clean and jacuzzi was not functioning.

Quiet, great view
The hotel doesn't really cater to international visitors but for local families on weekends. I was the only foreigner the 4 nights. You get a two-room apartment with kitchen facilities but no local shopping. Almost no staff with English facility.

Nice quiet place
The hotel is nice and clean, however the restaurant was closed most of the time. At the reception we were told breakfast starts at 9, but when we show up at the restaurant we were told they open at 9:30.

Rude Staff and Poor rating overall
The front desk service was terrible and very poor cleanliness overall. The pool was dirty and in poor condition (loose tiles throughout). I would not stay in this Hotel again nor I would recommended.

Room allotted was in poor condition
I reserved a room after looking into the pictures and the room allotted looked to be like a newly constructed/under-construction room. Was not looking like a hotel room at all. Too cold at night and no air-conditioner/heater was available.
