Beautiful spacious room overlooking the sea with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen in England. Staff were all good people. Should have stayed here longer!

Would stay here again!!
Really friendly staff on reception, parking permit for 24 hours was £2.20, which was really good for right on the seafront. Room was amazing!! Really clean, the biggest bed I’ve ever seen, and really comfortable. Lovely table and chairs by huge windows looking out to the sea. And the bathroom - WOW!!! Huge jacuzzi bath, and big shower!

Room and view fabulous but dining experience in the evening leaves a lot to be desired. Slow service, awful wine glasses, soup much too thick, low on choice and where I was expecting a nice piano to give background some ambiance, it was loud, in your face and man talking about music to us, just kept talking through the whole meal, not giving us a chance to speak to each other. He was talented though, but another pianist took over for a short time, and he was the perfect blend.
Value for money quite poor.

The hotel was extremely confortable, and staff extremely friendly. It's a small hotel, so the team remember who you are which was quite nice! Breakfast was tasty, and the dining room was lovely. Lift old fashioned but that was lart of the charm. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff were lovely and went out of their way to ensure you were satisfied and had everything you needed. The rooms are large and spacious but not luxury. If you look there are lots of dents and dings, the shower screen is not great, the taps are scaled inside, the carpets are very stained. Look I am making this sound awful it wasnt but it isnt luxury by any standard of where I have stayed previously but I would stay again yes.

Wonderful Sea View
The Chatsworth was perfect for a weekend. Fabulous sea view and literally over the road onto the beach. Staff were very helpful and polite and it was a joy to stay there. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel!
I have stayed in Eastbourne many times from 3star hotels to the impressive Grand hotel but after staying at the Chatsworth there is no competition!
From the wonderful, helpful staff, particularly Olivia, to the impressive well designed room.
Breakfast was delicious and the service great.
Thank you for a lovely stay, I will definitely return!
