8/10 Very good

Hotel was very central. Room was lovely and rooftop pool and bar were great. The only disappointment was the staff weren’t particularly helpful on the front desk, especially as there was a lot of travel disruption with a parade and protest going on, no acknowledgement of this, no option offered for breakfast, maps, reservations, or general hospitality, which was a real shame for a 4 star hotel
