The room is very spacious, comfy, and had everything we needed. One thing is if you have to dry your hair you have to be in the living room since you have more counter space. Staff is very helpful, printed out things out for us, helped my dad with his electrical ports, and getting a taxi
Location is great, walking distance to Kensington palace and park.

The bathrooms were awful. They were designed with no shower curtain or door, so it’s impossible to shower without the entire bathroom getting soaked

Very pleasant staff. The man on reception was quick, efficient, and friendly checking me in as was the woman the following morning. Room was nice. It's a perfectly good hotel in a good location. The only issue is the noise - it's on a busy main road and you can hear traffic and sirens all night.

The staff at this hotel are fine. The food is mediocre. The rooms are the problem. The walls are paper thin and although I was on the 8th floor you could hear traffic and police sirens throughout the night!
