Lovely staff, really helpful when we needed a cot and the tv rebooting. Pool is an added bonus, especially with 2 small children and a long car journey. Positives Great hotel, lovely staff, lovely clean room, comfortable nights sleep, coffee maker, kettles biscuits etc in room. Amazing breakfast. Downside Small blood stain at bottom of duvet cover, my husband told me not to call about it I do have a photo., I then decided to order room service 2 shandys and the Pina Colada dessert, when I took the cover off it was 2 scoops of icecream and some coconut no pineapple at all nothing like the menu description, I even took a photo as I I was quite shocked. I could not call room service to complain, as the phone in the room was not working I reported this to reception as I called to place the room service order from my mobile I should have gone to reception before checking out unfortunately we were in a rush.
