Clean hotel but getting outdated.
Only standard sized double bed in a "Captain Suit" was a disappointment as I was expecting at least a Queen size/King Size as was staying with my wife on this trip. Shower water temperature was all over the map, in keeping with the age of the hotel. Shower/bath was difficult to get into and out of and no bath mat provided. A/C was good but was blowing directly at the bed with no method to alter it. View over the Museum of the future was nice but front of the hotel is currently under construction (Oct 24). Good selection of restaurants in the hotel for those not venturing out. Staff were nice but the rooms feel like they are in need of a refit.

Stay away, a completely terrible hotel!
A completely terrible experience. The hotel rooms are extremely outdated, with constant issues like broken appliances—leaking bathtub, broken TV, water problems, and a malfunctioning fridge—yet no one responds to fix them. The floors are scratched, the showers are rusty, and the lobby is nearly closed. The staff, particularly the ladies at the front desk, are untrained and unhelpful. Additionally, they try to charge you for literally anything and everything! I’ve experienced far better service even in smaller hotels within the same city.

Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views
I had a wonderful stay at the Millennium Plaza Hotel in Dubai! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the major attractions. Good room. Hotel has renovations going on so a bit crowded in common areas. All staff that I came across have been helpful, especially Ron the duty manager. She deserves a special mention, good front office staff too. Housekeeping attended to my requests promptly. The hotel is located near a metro station, so getting around to attractions is easy.
