Every where was clean but around the doors of the escalators were dirty. The rotating front door should be opened. It would be a lovely enterance to the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel needs some tlc.

I would remove this property from hotels.com as I booked via the platform trusting it was a safe vetted hotel but was horrified on arrival and did not feel safe or pleased with the "hotel" It was like something out of a horror movie

Went for a weekend away and even though the location was great and also parking right next door the staff were rude. The room was run down with peeling paint and the bathroom was pretty dirty with stained floors and bath tub. Wouldn’t reccomend unless those things didn’t both you.

Sadly they didn't inform us there was a renovation going on on our floor in several rooms, included the adjacent one. Not that nice to be woken by work sound and music from the adjacent room in the early morning. No compensation was offered either for the inconvenience it caused.

Please make sure your tetnus is up to date, this hotel must have been fantastic 50 years ago. Doors not working, faulty lifts... the list goes on. Horrendous bathroom... best part was the hotel location.... very very strange hotel!

The hotel in an excellent location. The decir is in need of updating, but my room was clean. The checkin and checkout process was smooth, but during my one night stay, not one member of staff smiled at me. Compared to elsewhere in Liverpool this was very unusual.
