Easy, free parking directed by a concierge
Easy check in, arrived early and our room was ready for us.
Room was spotless and very well maintained, had everything we needed and a lovely view of the castle.
All staff very pleasant and helpful when needed including the bar staff in the Redwood bar which was a lovely peaceful experience with a a great selection of whisky to just relax at the end of the night.
Convenient location, just a short walk from the main part of the city.
The Vermont will now be my go to hotel for Newcastle
