Not the room we asked for
We had reserved a family room for 4 people on hotels.com and did the pre-check-in on the hotel website, confirming the kind of room and beds we wanted. After pre-check-in, the screen said our reservation was secured. However when we got there (1) the room was not ready on time, (2) we got a different room number, (3) instead of 4 twin beds we got 2 larger beds but they were not big enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. I could not turn around easily and were touching shoulders if we were both on our backs. They were full size beds, not queen or king. The staff did not attempt to correct this and claimed they did not have rooms with twin beds, despite their website confirming it at pre-check-in. No wash cloths and no extra pillows or blankets in the room. Not a great stay especially after waking up with back pain.

Front desk staff was professional. Room was not that great, A/C wasn’t working There was trash in the garbage and a used tissue on the floor, was never picked up throughout our stay. No shower gel in bathroom, called to request and they never brought it, I had to go looking for housekeeping. Breakfast was great, tasty and good variety.

The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is just a few blocks away from downtown, where all the attractions are. I definitely recommend this place.
