Amazing hotel and views. Lots of work on the hotel bring fine but it will be even more amazing. Got a room with views of the falls and could have stayed in all night watching them, luckily the bar and casino called. Highly recommend.
Location was very good. Views were stunning. We say the sun rise above the American falls. Stunning
The hotel was having some refurbishment doing, but you couldn’t notice it at all. It didn’t effect our holiday one bit. My wife and I decided to book at the Hilton because we have never stayed at this hotel before, and what can I say. The welcome check in was smooth and welcoming, I was made very welcome! Hands down, a wonderful sight after travelling for more than 5 hours. The room with a view, which we booked was AMAZING, the room or suite I would call it blew me away, the space, the cleanliness and view was out of this world. We stayed in room on the 45th floor with falls view and it didn’t disappoint!!! I would definitely stay at a Hilton again, from my experience of this short stay I had at Niagara Falls!! Thumbs up all round. Thank you Canada Niagara Hilton.
The rooms was rather tired and in need of upgrading, the bar was closed due to an event and the wait time for the lift on two occasions was in excess of 10 minutes.
Very quick check in, friendly staff and an amazing view. Just perfect
This hotel is entirely about the views from the bedrooms and in this regard the hotel does not disappoint. The views are simply stunning and in this regard the hotel can be thoroughly recommended. Unfortunately, the actual hotel service itself leaves very much to be desired. We stayed, taking 2 separate rooms (1 a suite) in August 2019. The lower floor was in the process of being refurbished, which could have affected matters. However, the elevator service to the larger tower was by far the worst that I have ever experienced in any hotel anywhere in the world. Be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes or longer for an elevator to arrive that is not so full of people that you cannot get in. This was not an unusual occurrence. Queues are part and parcel of the experience of this hotel. Check-in and check-out each involve huge queues of other 30 minutes, and there is a similar wait if you are silly enough to have chosen valet parking for your car, as we did. I do not recommend the breakfast buffet, which is expensive and involves more huge queues for a bargain basement buffet, eaten in a dark unattractive room. This is not an inexpensive hotel and the service is quite simply not up to anything like what might be expected. The management should be ashamed that they provide such shoddy service, with dreadfully understaffed front desks and inadequate elevator provision.
Picture says it all really, Fallsview room.
Our stay at the hotel was a great experience. Great views from the rooms, a very well located hotel with plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The only frustrating part of the stay, was the time taken to check in, which was well over 40 minutes.
Rooms were comfortable and clean. We paid extra for a high floor and had a good view over the Falls, which was worth doing. However, parking fees were extortionate and restaurant prices high.
Stayed for 2 nights, as we were going around Canada, great hotel with a great view from our window
