This hotel is just missing something. The lobby looks like a converted warehouse and the rooms have too much stuff in them and are cramped…it’s not bad, just weird and ultimately less comfortable that it could be.

Disappointed reservation
They didn’t have my reservation when I went to check in my rooms. I had to rebook with the hotel it was very frustrating that they didn’t have the reservation. I was lucky they had extra rooms available, this was a medical trip that was very early in the morning. So I’m very thankful for the hotel being very accommodating I’m very disappointed that hotels.com didn’t send my reservation to the Embassy Suite by Hilton-Boston Logan Airport.
